Copenhagen is the world's best cycling city, and this is exactly where an e-bike shows what it can do. City U glides into the green wave, holds its pace over the bridges and turns traffic into something you simply roll through. Cross Inderhavnsbroen, follow the cycle superhighway along the harbour, or find your way through Nyhavn.
We meet you at Ofeliasplads, right down by the water, and then you ride on your own. A spec sheet can't show you how quietly the motor pulls, or how easily City U leans into a turn. You have to feel it. About 30 minutes, no strings and no sales pitch.

Where do we meet in Copenhagen?
We meet at Ofeliasplads in Copenhagen K, an open waterfront square right by the harbour, close to Nyhavn and Kvæsthusbroen. A bike expert from Bycycle is there with a charged City U, ready for you to roll out on your own.
What does a test ride cost?
Nothing. A test ride is completely no-strings and free of any sales pitch - you simply hop on and feel the e-bike yourself.
How long does it take?
Count on about 30 min. That's plenty to ride on real streets and get your questions answered.
Should I book in advance?
Yes, please book a time ahead so we know you're coming and have a charged City U ready for you. It only takes a moment.
What if I can't come in person?
Then book an online walkthrough instead. We'll show you City U over a video call, where you see the bike up close and get everything answered.
Why a front hub motor and not a mid-drive?
A mid-drive motor is built for steep mountains and heavy loads, for climbs taller than any Danish hill. On flat Danish terrain there is no incline a well-tuned front hub motor can't handle with ease. The City U's front motor delivers 45 Nm, runs silent and dependable, and it is quick to service and replace. You don't pay for more motor than your terrain asks for.
