We build the City U in limited batches of 100. Every bike in the batch is a uniquely upgraded spec — a big battery, a monoshock fork (Mono Suspension Fork), a kickstand, full fenders and a Copenhagen coffee-cup holder, all included at no extra cost. When a batch sells out, the next 100 opens.

Yes. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal, and you can contact us any time before your batch ships to change your build, battery, colour or batch. Just reach out via chat or email.

Delivery follows the batch you choose: Batch 1 ships in August, Batch 2 in October and Batch 3 in November 2026. You'll see the exact date for your batch in the configurator, and we'll keep you updated as production progresses.

We currently deliver to Denmark and selected European countries. If you're not sure about your location, chat with us and we'll confirm right away.

Our pre-order price is delivery-anchored: it rises a little each week as a batch's delivery date gets closer. So ordering earlier — or choosing a later batch — gets you a lower price. The price you see in the configurator is always the live price.

City U has an aerospace-grade aluminium low-step frame, a silent, responsive 45 Nm dual-clutch motor, Shimano Nexus 7-speed hub gears, a removable and lockable Samsung battery, magnesium monoshock suspension, integrated smart lighting and a clean integrated display and stem.

Real-world range depends on the battery you choose, your assist level, terrain, rider weight and weather. The 504 Wh battery is built for longer rides, while the 374 Wh suits shorter daily commutes. Want a tailored estimate for your routine? Chat with us.

Two options: 10.5 Ah (374 Wh) for shorter city commutes, and 14 Ah (504 Wh) for longer range and fewer charges. Both are removable and lockable, so you can charge indoors and keep the battery secure.
