Where we're launching
Starting where it matters.
Quality-first expansion. We grow with the right partners, not the most.
We're not here to cut dealers out.
Many dealers have seen it before — a tech-driven brand enters the market, goes direct-to-consumer, and treats local partners as an afterthought. We understand the skepticism.
FixFlow was designed to do the opposite. We route qualified, structured service work to trusted local partners. We share opportunity rather than take it. Our system handles the complexity of diagnosis, customer communication, and case management — so partners can focus on what they do best.
We believe the best rider experience is built together — where a strong brand and a strong local network reinforce each other. That's the model we're investing in.
Finally, a tech-bike company that understands dealers

Common questions
Straight answers.
Are you trying to replace local dealers?
No. FixFlow is designed to strengthen the local service network, not bypass it. We route qualified, structured work to partners — not away from them. We believe the best rider experience happens when a strong brand and strong local partners work together.
How do jobs get assigned?
Cases are routed based on location, partner capabilities, and availability. You see relevant jobs in your hub and decide which to accept. We don't assign blindly — you always have visibility and control.
Do partners choose which cases to accept?
Yes. Every case appears in your hub with a full diagnosis, required parts, and estimated scope. You review it and accept on your own terms. There's no obligation to take every job.
How do payouts work?
Payouts are fixed and transparent. Each job type has a clearly defined rate — no hidden deductions, no complicated commission structures. You know exactly what you earn before you accept a case.
Do I need a showroom?
Not necessarily. Service Partners and Mobile Partners don't need retail space. If you have a workshop or operate a mobile service, you can join the network. Full Experience Partners do benefit from a physical location for test rides and bike handovers.
Can mobile operators join?
Absolutely. The Mobile Partner tier is built specifically for on-location repair specialists. If you operate in urban areas and can perform quality service at the rider's location, you're exactly who we're looking for.
What countries are you launching in first?
We're starting in Denmark, the Netherlands, and Germany. Expansion is quality-first — we grow with the right partners in each market rather than rushing to cover every city.
