Odense has long called itself Denmark's cycling city. Here it is rarely a hill that slows you down. It is the wind coming in across Funen. City U gives you a tailwind, even when the wind is in your face. Follow Odense Å through Munke Mose, roll past H.C. Andersens Hus, or ride through a city centre where cars have been given less room.
We meet at Cafe Fleuri on Nørregade in Odense C, where a bike expert from Bycycle is waiting with a charged City U. A spec sheet can't show you how quietly the motor pulls into a headwind, or how easily City U leans into a turn. You have to feel it. Then City U is yours for half an hour, no strings and no sales pitch.

What does a test ride cost?
Nothing. A test ride is completely no-strings and free of any sales pitch - you simply hop on and feel the e-bike yourself.
How long does it take?

Yes, please book a time ahead so we know you're coming and have a charged City U ready for you. It only takes a moment.

Why a front hub motor and not a mid-drive?
A mid-drive motor is built for steep mountains and heavy loads, for climbs taller than any Danish hill. On flat Danish terrain there is no incline a well-tuned front hub motor can't handle with ease. The City U's front motor delivers 45 Nm, runs silent and dependable, and it is quick to service and replace. You don't pay for more motor than your terrain asks for.
